摘　　要：目的系统性评估针刺颅底夹脊穴联合穴位埋线法治疗方案对帕金森患者的随机平行对照临床研究效果。方法选取自2019年11月—2020年11月于大连立光康复医院神经内科病房住院并接受治疗的帕金森患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,在常规治疗方案下应用穴位埋线治疗;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合针刺颅底夹脊穴治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、帕金森病量表(UPDRS-II)评分及临床总有效率变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分、UPDRS-II评分、治疗有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺颅底夹脊穴联合穴位埋线治疗方案可有效改善帕金森病患者神经功能水平,修复脑神经对肢体支配能力,安全有效值得临床推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Jiaji acupoint needling combined with catgut embedding therapy on Parkinson’s disease.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,60 patients with Parkinson’s disease in Dalian Liguang Rehabilitation Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.In the control group,30 cases were treated with acupoint catgut embedding under the conventional treatment plan.30 patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture at Jiaji point of skull base on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Parkinson’s disease Scale(UPDRS-II)score and clinical effective rate of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,the TCM syndrome score,UPDRS-II score and total effective rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiaji acupoint needling combined with catgut embedding therapy can effectively improve the level of neurological function of patients with Parkinson’s disease and repair the ability of brain nerves to control limbs,which is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
