摘　　要：浦东胡氏妇科是上海地区海派中医妇科众多流派中的一个枝叶,300多年来有了良好的口碑,蜚声浦江两岸,通过总结多年来中医妇科临床治疗特色,用药经验,从气血入手,强调女子以肝为先天,注重健脾、疏肝、补肾,使气血充盈,女子经带胎产方能发挥正常生理功能。通过总结提炼对于今后更好地传承与发展胡氏妇科具有重要意义。Hu’s gynecology of Pudong is a branch of Shanghai School of gynecology of traditional Chinese.It has gained a good reputation for more than 300 years and is well known on both sides of Pujiang,starting with qi and blood,it is emphasized that women are born with the liver,paying attention to strengthening the spleen,soothing the liver and tonifying the kidney.It is of great significance for the inheritance and development of Hu’s gynecology in the future.
