摘  要:目的考察3种不同煎法对半夏泻心汤中3种主要成分含量的影响。方法将半夏泻心汤分为去滓再煎法、汉代常规煎法、现代常规煎法3个不同组别,采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(5μm,2.5 mm×150 mm),流动相:乙腈∶水(65∶35)(6-姜酚)、乙腈∶水(10∶90)(腺苷)、0.1%磷酸水溶液(100)(草酸钙),柱温25℃,检测波长282 nm(6-姜酚)、260 nm(腺苷)和210 nm(草酸钙),流速0.5 mL·min^(-1)(6-姜酚、腺苷)、0.3 mL·min^(-1)(草酸钙),对方中3种主要成分进行定量检测。结果与另外2种煎煮相比,去滓再煎法中草酸钙的含量分别提高了20.50%、0.52%,腺苷的含量分别提高了16.68%、61.23%,6-姜酚的含量分别提高了56.82%、25.19%。结论去滓再煎法的使用与半夏相关,在提高半夏有效成分含量的同时能降低半夏的毒性成分含量,在一定程度上提高了半夏泻心汤的临床功效,亦为半夏的炮制方法研究提供了新的思路。Objective To investigate the effects of three different decoctions on the contents of the main components of pinellia tuber and dried ginger in Banxia Xiexin decoction.Methods Banxia Xiexin decoction was divided into three different groups:the redecocting method,the conventional decocting method of Han Dynasty and the modern conventional decocting method.An Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column(5μm,2.5 mm×150 mm)was used with mobile phases:acetonitrile∶water(65∶35)(6-gingerol),acetonitrile∶water(10∶90)(adenosine),0.1%phosphate solution(100)(calcium oxalate),the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 282nm(6-gingerol),260nm(adenosine)and 210 nm(calcium oxalate),and the flow rate was 0.5 mL·min^(1)(6-gingerol,adenosine),0.3 mL·min^(1)(calcium oxalate).Three main components in the other side of the quantitative detection.Results The content of calcium oxalate,adenosine and 6-gingerol in the deslagging and re-decocting were increased by 20.50%and 0.52%,16.68%and 61.23%,and 56.82%and 25.19%,respectively.Conclusion The use of the deslagging and re-decocting is related to pinellia tuber,which can improve the content of active components of pinellia tuber and reduce the content of toxic components of pinellia tuber,which improves the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction to a certain extent,and also provides a new idea for the study of the processing method of Banxia.
