摘 要:目的探讨护患沟通应用于中医治疗慢性胃炎患者护理中的临床价值。方法选择江西中医药高等专科学校附属医院2019年10月—2020年9月收治的86例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加强护患沟通,比较2组患者的依从性、护患纠纷发生率、投诉率和患者满意度。结果观察组患者的依从性和满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的护患纠纷发生率和投诉率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃炎患者的护理中,加强护患沟通有助于提高患者的依从性和满意度,降低纠纷发生率和投诉率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing-patient communication in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group strengthened the intervention of nurse-patient communication on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance,incidence of nurse-patient disputes,complaint rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The compliance and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of nurse-patient dispute and complaint rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with chronic gastritis,strengthening the communication between nurses and patients is helpful to improve the compliance and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of disputes and complaints,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
