摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,严重影响患者的身心健康,阳虚则气血凝滞,经络阻滞,脏腑经络失于濡养,则易引发多种疾病,近年来越来越多学者提出从阳虚角度论治此病,并将相关理论应用于临床实践,取得了较佳的治疗效果。此文整理了从阳虚论治糖尿病周围神经病变的相关理论和临床经验,以期为治疗此病提供新思想和新思路。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of the patient.Yang deficiency is qi and blood stagnation,meridian block,viscera meridian lost in nourishing,it is easy to cause a variety of diseases.In recent years,some scholars have proposed to treat the disease from the angle of yang deficiency,and applied the theory to clinical practice,which has achieved good results.This paper collates the related theories and clinical experience of treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy from yang deficiency,and provide new ideas and new ideas for the treatment of the disease.
