摘　　要：某台公称容积为15000 m^(3)的立式常压储罐运行时间较长,为及时发现并排除隐患,进行开罐检验。根据储罐主要损伤模式和检测方法特点,制定并实施了储罐检验策略。文章对检验中发现的缺陷进行维修,分析腐蚀和开裂的原因,并由此在运行、维护或检验方面给出建议,以保证储罐的安全运行。A vertical atmospheric storage tank with a nominal volume of 15000 m^(3)has run for a long time.In order to fnd and eliminate hidden dangers in time,the internal inspection is carried out.According to the main damage modes of the storage tank and the characteristics of detection methods,the tank inspection strategy is formulated and implemented.The defects found in the inspection are repaired.Finally,according to the corrosion characteristics and cracking location of the storage tank,the paper gives suggestions on operation,maintenance and inspection to ensure the safe operation of the storage tank.
