摘  要:针对某热力管网已服役多年的膨胀节,从产品的设计校核以及使用性能评估出发,通过产品解剖、材质分析、设计校核、腐蚀状况评价、疲劳试验等方法对其安全性进行了全面评估。结果表明膨胀节在现有工况下仍能满足使用要求,基于腐蚀评估所得剩余使用寿命最低,基于累积疲劳损伤评估所得剩余寿命偏大。后期使用过程中建议及时监测管线运行状况,避免管线超温、超压或其他异常工况导致膨胀节的变形损坏。For the expansion joint that has been in service for many years in a thermal pipe network,its safety has been comprehensively carried out through dissecting products,material analysis,design check,corrosion evaluation,fatigue test and other methods,starting from the product design check and performance evaluation.The results show that the expansion joint under existing conditions still can be used,the residual life of products based on corrosion assessment is the lowest,the residual life estimated based on cumulative fatigue damage is larger.In the later use,it is recommended to monitor the running status of the pipeline in time to avoid the deformation and damage of the expansion joint caused by over-temperature,over-pressure or other abnormal conditions of the pipeline.
