全产业链视角下枞阳县白茶产业发展路径研究

摘　　要：白茶作为枞阳的特色、优势农产品,拥有一定的市场认可度,整体发展良好,但尚未建立合理的、科学的白茶产业链。在厘清茶产业全产业链的内涵及意义的基础上,从全产业链视角梳理枞阳白茶的发展现状及问题,利用SWOT分析法,寻找短板环节、可增值环节和产业链成长增值空间,从组织链和价值链两个角度寻求实现全产业链发展路径,形成产前、产中、产后各环节密切相关的白茶产业网,开辟白茶产业全产业链增值新路径,增强白茶产业的竞争力,为乡村振兴战略提供产业支撑。As a superior and characteristic agricultural product of Zongyang,Zongyang white tea has a considerable market recognition and is well developed,but a reasonable and scientific white tea industry chain has not been established.On the basis of pursuing the connotation and significance of the whole industrial chain of tea industry,this paper intends to summarize the development status and problems of Zongyang white tea from the perspective of the whole industrial chain,use SWOT analysis method to find short links,value-added links and the growth and value-added space of the industrial chain,seek the development path of the whole industrial chain from the two angles of the organizational chain and the value chain,and form a white tea industrial network closely related to each link before,during and after production.These are committed to open up a new value-added path for the whole industrial chain of white tea industry,enhance the competitiveness of the white tea industry,and provide industrial support for the rural revitalization strategy.
