摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中关于青年工作的重要论断科学地分析了青年工作的特点与地位、中国青年运动的主题、开展青年工作的路径和方法与共青团发展和改革的方向,为青年的教育和成长指明了发展方向,也为新时代开展青年工作提供了科学思路和深刻启示。高校学生会作为高校学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务、自我监督的学生组织,是高校开展青年工作的中坚力量。紧扣习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要论述,加强自身组织建设,更好地服务青年发展,是高校学生会发展的时代命题。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has been very concerned about the growth of youth.He has published a series of important expositions on youth work on many important occasions.They shed light on the path and method of carrying out youth work,point out the direction of the development and reform of the Communist Youth League,and form Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on youth work.These important thoughts are rich in connotation and philosophy,which point out the development direction for the education and growth of youth and also provide scientific ideas and profound en-lightenment for youth work in the new era.As a student organization for self-education,self-management,self-service and self-supervision,the students’union is the backbone of colleges and universities to carry out youth work.It is the era proposition for the development of students’union in colleges and universities to learn and comprehend Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on youth work,and to strengthen their own organization to better serve the development of youth.
