摘　　要：输尿管腔内碎石手术包括输尿管硬镜及输尿管软镜碎石手术,是泌尿外科医生常用的碎石方式,尿源性脓毒症是输尿管腔内碎石术后最严重的并发症之一,长期以来,外科医生对于预防输尿管腔内碎石术后尿源性脓毒症的发生做了大量努力及探索,发现尿源性脓毒症的发生与患者围手术期泌尿系统感染、输尿管条件、机体抵抗力、结石负荷、手术者术中操作情况、预防性使用抗菌药物、激素等方面关系密切。本文将对输尿管腔内碎石术后尿源性脓毒症的防治研究进行综述。Intra-luminal lithotripsy,including hard lens ureteroscopy and soft lens ureteroscopy,is a common lithotripsy method for urologists.Urogenic sepsis is one of the most serious complications after intra-luminal lithotripsy,and for a long time,the urological surgeons have made a lot of efforts and exploration to prevent sepsis after intra-luminal lithotripsy.The occurrence of urogenic sepsis is related to peri-operative urinary system infection and ureteral conditions;there are extremely great correlations between the occurrence and body resistance,stone load,intraoperative operation of operators,preventive use of antibiotics and hormones,etc.This paper reviews the researches on prevention and treatment of sepsis after intra-luminal lithotripsy.
