摘 要:为研究淮安二站泵闸枢纽工程改造下弧形钢闸门设计优化,采用COMSOL与Flow 3D开展了闸门支撑钢梁结构静力特征与流场特征分析。底部横、纵梁拉应力为结构设计重点区域,当翼缘宽厚比参数递增,则交点拉应力、压应力分别为递减、递增变化,特别在宽厚比13方案后,拉、压应力分别具有降幅减小、增幅剧增的现象。结构体系中自重应力乃是影响位移值的关键,各向位移值随宽厚比参数均为先减后增的两阶段变化,在宽厚比13方案内位移值最低。改变宽厚比参数,前池断面流速量值受影响较小,参数每增大3,引起平均流速增长仅为11.6%;而宽厚比参数对池内流速稳定性具有较显著影响,当宽厚比超过13后,断面流速具有反复波动段。论文研究认为翼缘宽厚比参数控制在合理区间内,该工程设计以宽厚比13为最适方案。In order to study the design optimization of radial steel gate under the reconstruction of Huai’an second station pump gate hub project, COMSOL and flow 3 D were used to analyze the static characteristics and flow field characteristics of gate supporting steel beam structure.The tensile stress of the bottom transverse and longitudinal beams is the key area of structural design.When the flange width thickness ratio parameter increases, the tensile stress and compressive stress at the intersection point decrease and increase respectively.Especially after the width thickness ratio 13 scheme, the tensile stress and compressive stress decrease and increase sharply respectively.The self weight stress in the structural system is the key to affect the displacement value.The displacement value in each direction changes in two stages with the width thickness ratio parameter, which decreases first and then increases.The displacement value is the lowest in the width thickness ratio 13 scheme.Changing the width thickness ratio parameter, the flow velocity of forebay section is less affected, and the average flow velocity increases by only 11.6% with the increase of 3 parameters;The width thickness ratio has a significant effect on the stability of flow velocity in the pool.When the width thickness ratio exceeds 13,the cross-section flow velocity has a period of repeated fluctuations.The paper considers that the flange width thickness ratio parameter is controlled within a reasonable range, and the width thickness ratio 13 is the most appropriate scheme for the design of this project.
