摘 要:抽水蓄能电站项目土石挖填方量大、余方数量多,通常需要设置大型弃渣场堆置弃渣。弃渣场的安全有序运转关系到整个工程建设的进展和管控,其规划设计是项目水土保持设计的重点和难点。该文以安徽桐城抽水蓄能电站上库弃渣场为例,结合渣场自然条件、堆置方案及措施布设,介绍了抽水蓄能项目大型弃渣场规划设计,可为同类型工程提供参考。The pumped storage power station project has a large amount of earth and stone excavation and filling, and a large amount of surplus.Usually, a large waste slag yard needs to be set up to store the waste slag.The safe and orderly operation of the waste slag yard is related to the progress and control of the entire project construction, and its planning and design are the key and difficult points of the project’s soil and water conservation design.This article takes the upper reservoir waste slag yard of Tongcheng pumped storage power station as an example.The planning and design of a large waste slag yard for the pumped storage project is introduced, which can provide reference for similar projects.
