摘　　要：中国特色社会主义发展的长期性,决定了作为中国特色社会主义事业领导核心的中国共产党长期执政的必要性。中国共产党长期执政会遭遇各种风险挑战,长期执政能力是有效化解风险实现长期执政的必要条件。作为使命型政党的中国共产党在领导革命、组织建设、创造发展、引领时代的百年历程中形成了以勇于自我革命,实现自我修复和自我发展;组织动员人民群众,不断满足人民群众需求;有效掌握国家政权,推动社会发展为核心内容的长期执政能力。新时代,面临着执政能力弱化的潜在风险和实现第二个百年奋斗目标的更高要求,中国共产党要持续推进全面从严治党,确保党的执政本领强大;要始终坚持为民执政,确保党的执政根基稳固;要深入推动中国特色社会主义伟大社会革命,确保党的执政目标逐步实现。中国共产党的长期执政能力建设以党的长期执政为起始点,以党的长期执政能力为关键点,以推动中国特色社会主义发展和实现党的第二个百年奋斗目标为落脚点,具有严密的内在逻辑。新时代党的长期执政能力的建设要遵循长期执政能力建设的内在逻辑。The long-term development of socialism with Chinese characteristics determines the necessity of the long-term governance of the Communist Party of China as the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The long-term governance of the Communist Party of China will encounter various risks and challenges,and the long-term governance ability a necessary condition for effectively resolving risks and achieving long-term governance.As a mission-oriented political party,the Communist Party of China has formed the courage to self-revolution,self-repair and self-development in its century-long history of leading the revolution,organizing construction,creating development,and leading the times;organizing and mobilizing the people to continuously meet the needs of the people;The long-term governing capacity of the state power and the promotion of social development as the core content.In the new era,facing the potential risk of weakening the governing ability and the higher requirements of achieving the second centenary goal,the Communist Party of China must continue to promote comprehensive and strict governance of the party to ensure that the party’s governing ability is strong;the party’s ruling foundation is solid;it is necessary to further promote the great social revolution of socialism with Chinese characteristics to ensure that the party’s ruling goals are gradually realized.The long-term governance capacity building of the Communist Party of China starts from the party’s long-term governance capacity,takes the party’s long-term governance capacity as the key point,and focuses on promoting the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the party’s second centenary goal.The construction of the party’s long-term governance capacity in the new era must follow the inherent logic of long-term governance capacity building.
