摘  要:以失效可能性、失效后果为评价准则,从地震危险性、管道易损性、产品危害性和受体易损性4方面建立山区输气管道地震风险评价体系,其中一级指标4个,二级指标10个,三级指标20个。采用G1法计算指标权重,引入布尔代数对指标关系进行逻辑分析,提出不同逻辑关系(与、或关系)下的风险值计算方法。将该评价方法应用于四川西部某山区输气管道,得到该输气管道属于低风险等级。根据实际运行维护数据,该输气管道目前没有因地震造成的失效记录,评价结果与实际情况基本一致,说明建立的山区输气管道地震风险评价模型具有可靠性。Taking failure probability and failure consequences as assessment criteria,the seismic risk assessment system for mountain gas transmission pipelines is established from four aspects:seismic risk,pipeline vulnerability,product hazard and receptor vulnerability,including 4 first-level indicators,10 secondlevel indicators and 20 third-level indicators.The G1method is used to calculate the index weight,Boolean algebra is introduced to logically analyze the index relationship,and the calculation method of risk values under different logical relationships (and,or relationships) is proposed.The assessment method is applied to the gas transmission pipeline in a mountainous area in Western Sichuan,and it is found that the gas transmission pipeline belongs to low risk level.According to the actual operation and maintenance data,the gas transmission pipeline has no failure records caused by earthquakes at present,and the assessment results are basically consistent with the actual situation,indicating that the established seismic risk assessment model for gas transmission pipelines in mountainous areas is reliable.
