华东地区高等学校研发能力评价研究  

Research on R&D Ability Evaluation of Universities in East China

摘　　要：以华东地区高等学校研发能力评价为出发点,选取2019和2020年度数据,采用秩相关系数法筛选指标,构建评价体系。采用熵权法确定指标权重,对华东六省一市高等学校研发能力进行评价,对总体研发能力及4个单项指标研发基础、研发投入、研发课题、研发成果按照评价值进行排名。结果表明,华东六省一市的高校研发能力明显分为3个梯队,第一梯队是江苏和上海,第二梯队是浙江和山东,第三梯队是安徽、福建和江西。Selecting data of year 2019 and 2020 of universities of six provinces and one city in East China, and Rank correlation method is adopted to select indicators, then R&D ability evaluation index system of universities of six provinces and one city in East China is constructed. Based on this, entropy weight method is applied to calculate the weight of indicators, and evaluation value of overall R&D ability and R&D foundation, R&D input, R&D topics, R&D results is calculated and ranked. The results show that the overall R&D ability of universities of six provinces and one city in East China, is clearly divided into three echelons, Jiangsu and Shanghai in the first tier, Zhejiang and Shandong in the second, Anhui and Fujian and Jiangxi in the third.
