摘  要:在能源低碳转型背景下,光伏等清洁能源的渗透率日趋提升。为了应对光伏电站出力的波动性与随机性,首先对影响光伏出力的特征要素及燃气机组的出力特性进行分析,然后,通过提出不同燃气模型下的光-气聚合模型,完成模型的降维处理。最终,构建兼顾社会效益和光伏最大化消纳的目标函数,以及充分考虑光伏出力不确定性对系统运行稳定影响的安全约束。给出抑制波动性下的容量配比的计算方式,通过多场景的案例分析验证所提模型的正确性和可行性。Under the background of low-carbon energy transformation, the penetration of clean energy such as photovoltaic is increasing. In order to deal with the fluctuation and randomness of photovoltaic power, the feature affecting the photovoltaic output and the characteristics of the gas turbine are analyzed. Then, by putting forward the photovoltaic-gas polymerization model under different gas models, the dimension reduction of the model is completed. Finally, the objective function considering both social benefits and photovoltaic maximum consumption is constructed, and the security constraints that fully consider photovoltaic power uncertainty on system operation stability are constructed. The calculation method of capacity allocation for restraining volatility is given, and the correctness and feasibility of the proposed model are verified by multi scenario case analysis.
