摘　　要：将成果导向应用于新理念下的人才培养中是培养应用型人才关键切入点,促进学生个性化发展,适应就业市场需求,促进招生、培养、就业联动机制的形成。文章介绍了高职院校家具设计与制造专业发展面临的问题、招生、培养、就业联动机制在家具设计与制造专业的实施策略以及成果导培养模式在家具设计与制造专业联动机制中的意义。The key entry point of cultivating application-oriented talents is to apply achievement orientation to talent cultivation under the new concept,promote the personalized development of students,adapt to the needs of the employment market,promote the formation of the linkage mechanism of enrollment,training and employment.This article introduces the problems faced by the development of furniture design and manufacturing major in higher vocational colleges,the implementation strategy of enrollment,training and employment linkage mechanism in furniture design and manufacturing major,and the significance of achievement oriented training mode in the linkage mechanism of furniture design and manufacturing major.
