益气维血颗粒治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评估益气维血颗粒辅助治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)的疗效及对相关指标的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月至2021年12月在江西省妇幼保健院治疗的90例妊娠期IDA患者临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益气维血颗粒治疗。比较两组红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血清铁(SI)的变化程度以及对妊娠结局的影响。结果 :治疗后观察组、对照组总有效率分别为93.33%、82.22%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组Hb、RBC、HCT、MCV、SF、TSAT、MCHC、SI指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组不良妊娠结局发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气维血颗粒辅助多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期IDA的临床疗效确切,可有效改善贫血指标及铁代谢情况,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and its influence on related indexesof Yiqiweixue granule in the adjuvant treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 90patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to December 2021. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with polysaccharide iron complex capsule, and the observation group was treated with Yiqiweixue granule on the basis of the control group. The changes of red blood cell count(RBC), hemoglobin(Hb), hematocrit value(HCT), mean corpuscular volume(MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC), serum ferritin(SF), transferrin saturation(TSAT) and serum iron(SI) were compared between the two groups and their effects on pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.33% and 82.22%, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05);The indexes of Hb, RBC, HCT, MCV, SF and TSAT in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Yiqiweixue Granule assisted polysaccharide iron complex capsule in the treatment of IDA during pregnancy is effective, which can effectively improve anemia indicators and iron metabolism, and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
