摘　　要：基于东南亚华人社会的代际更替,土生土长的新生代华商与中国的渐趋疏离一度成为东南亚华人社会不可避免的发展态势。然而,近年来随着中国经济的崛起,尤其自2013年“一带一路”倡议提出以来,不断增长的商业机遇为东南亚新生代华商与中国跨国网络的重构注入了一股强大的动力。本文以马来西亚为个案研究,通过分析当代马国新生代华商在本土华商组织的制度性嵌入模式与新兴特点,探究新生代华商与中国之间商业社会网络的重构与强化。它不仅反映了新生代华商商业结构的变迁,也体现了马来西亚和中国知识经济的发展策略和指向。这一跨国网络的重建不仅提升了新生代华商的跨国社会文化资本,有利于其从“一带一路”共建中获取商机,同时也呈现出与本土认同二者之间互动共生的辩证关系。Due to the intergenerational change of the Chinese community in Southeast Asia,a gradual estrangement of the new generation of native-born Chinese businessmen from China once became an inevitable development trend of the Chinese community in Southeast Asia.However,with the rise of China’s economy in recent years,especially since the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)was put forward in 2013,growing business opportunities have injected a strong impetus into the new generation of Chinese businessmen in Southeast Asia to reconstruct transnational network with China.Taking Malaysia as a case study,this paper explores the reconstructing and strengthening of the commercial and social network between the new generation of Chinese businessmen in Malaysia and China by analyzing the institutional embedment mode and emerging characteristics of the new generation of Chinese businessmen in Malaysia.It reflects not only the changes of business structure of the new generation Chinese businessmen,but also the development strategy and direction of the knowledge economy in Malaysia and China.The reconstruction of this transnational network not only enhances the transnational social and cultural capital of the new generation of Chinese businessmen,which is conducive to their obtaining business opportunities from the Belt and Road cooperation,but also presents a dialectical relationship of interaction and symbiosis with the local identity.
