摘　　要：【目的/意义】数据故事已成为学界“热词”,但对其概念和特征的认识还存在不足,甚至会出现认知矛盾的问题。探讨数据故事的构成要素、开发流程及共性特征,可加深对数据故事的认识,推动相关研究发展。【方法/过程】本文在文献调研的基础上,首先梳理了数据故事的发展历程,对比了每个阶段的特征。然后从数据故事的构成与开发流程入手,阐述了数据故事中的重要概念,并对文献中较具有代表性的表述进行了分析。最后,提出了数据故事的五个基本特征,并通过案例分析进行了说明。【结果/结论】数据故事的构成要素包括数据、洞见、故事模型、人机交互接口和受众。开发流程包括数据分析阶段、洞见传递阶段和受众行动阶段。重要概念包括数据故事化、数据故事及数据故事模型。特征包括数据性、故事性、技术性、体验性和价值性。【创新/局限】结合文献与案例对数据故事的概念及特征进行研究,能够为数据故事理论的建设提供参考。【Purpose/significance】Data story has become a "hot word" in the academic community, but there is still a lack of understanding of its concept and characteristics, and even cognitive contradiction. To explore the constituent elements, development process and common characteristics of data stories can deepen the understanding of data stories and promote the development of related research.【Method/process】On the basis of literature research, this paper firstly combs the development course of data story and compares the characteristics of each stage. Then starting from the constitution and development process of data story, this paper expounds the important concepts of data story, and analyzes some representative expressions in literature. Finally, the five basic characteristics of the data story are put forward and explained through cases.【Result/conclusion】The constituent elements of a data story include:data, insights, story models, human-computer interaction interfaces, and audiences. The development process includes: data analysis stage, insight transmission stage, audience action stage. Important concepts include: data storytelling, data story, and data story model.Features include: authenticity, storytelling, technical, experiential, and interdisciplinary.【Innovation/limitation】Combined with literature research and case analysis, the research on the concept and characteristics of data story can provide reference for the construction of data story theory.
