摘　　要：全人类共同价值是为人类谋进步、为世界谋大同的共同价值观。遵循全人类共同价值,保障人类基本的生存权和公民权,必须从理论上和行动上彻底揭露美西方霸权主义披着的虚伪“民主”“人权”外衣。中国在发展中国家率先摆脱了绝对贫困,以实际行动践行习近平总书记提出的“以人民为中心”的发展思想。促进社会经济发展,加强法律制度保障,以满足和实现广大人民群众的基本需要,保障人类尊严、社会公平与正义,这应是世界各国未来发展应共同遵循的基本准则。The common values of all mankind are the values seeking progress for mankind and great harmony for the world. To follow the common values of all mankind and protect the basic human rights to survival and citizenship,we must thoroughly expose the hypocrisy of the“democracy”and“human rights”of American and Western hegemonism in theory and action.China has taken the lead in lifting itself out of absolute poverty among developing countries and has practiced the“peoplecentered”development concept put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping with practical actions. Promoting social and economic development,strengthening the guarantee of the legal system,meeting and realizing the basic needs of the masses and safeguarding human dignity,social fairness and justice,should be the basic principles that all countries in the world should follow in their future development.
