摘 要:随着低碳经济时代来临,海上风电越来越受到重视,如何高效绿色安装海上风电桩也成为海上风电的技术难点之一。相较于传统锤击桩施工方式,文章提出并设计了一种基于水锤效应的海上风电桩安装方式,其利用爆炸冲击和水体在液体仓内产生的水锤效应进行沉桩,通过改变气体发生器结构和产气药的用量实现对沉桩贯入量的控制。随后利用计算流体力学方法对新型风电桩安装沉桩装置所产生的打击力进行仿真计算,明确1次打击力大小以及2次打击力大小与水体高度、水体抬升高度的关系。最后,结合仿真计算结果进行设计试验,验证了基于水锤效应的海上风电桩安装方式能够有效实现沉桩。With the advent of the era of low-carbon economy,more and more attention has been paid to offshore wind power,but how to efficient and green installation the offshore wind power pile has become a major difficulty.Compared with the commonly used hammering pile construction method,an offshore wind power pile installation method is proposed based on the water hammer effect,which uses the explosion impact and the water hammer effect generated by the water body in the liquid tank for pile sinking,and the control of pile sinking penetration is realized by designing the gas generator structure and controlling the amount of gas producing agent.After that,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is used to simulate the impact force generated by the installation of the new type of wind power pile driving device.The relationship between the primary impact force and the secondary impact force,the height of the water body and the lifting height of the water body is clarified.Finally,combined with the simulation results,the design experiment verifies that the offshore wind power pile installation method based on water hammer effect can effectively achieve pile sinking.
