摘 要:为优化与筛选出具有良好耐碱性、耐擦洗性与阻燃性的膨胀型阻燃涂料配方,以聚磷酸铵作为阻燃剂,采用传统的自由基溶液聚合方法,对5种不同配方涂料的耐擦洗性、耐碱性和阻燃性能进行比较,并利用响应面试验设计优化涂料的主要成分比例。结果表明,随着聚磷酸铵含量的增加,涂料阻燃性先增大后减小,按对阻燃涂料的耐燃时间影响排序为:聚磷酸铵含量>乳胶粉含量>涂覆比,最佳工艺配方为:聚磷酸铵质量分数为9.650%,乳胶粉含量为16.663 g,涂覆比为0.026 g/cm^(2)。In order to optimize and screen out the formulations of intumescent flame retardant coatings with good alkali resistance,scrub resistance and flame retardancy,this study used ammonium polyphosphate as a flame retardant and adopted the traditional free radical solution polymerization method to compare the scrub resistance,alkali resistance and flame retardancy of five different formulations of coatings.Furthermore,the ratio of the main components was optimized by response surface test design.The results show that with the increase of ammonium polyphosphate content,the flame retardancy of the coating first increases and then decreases.According to the influence on the flame retardant duration of the flame retardant coating,the order is:ammonium polyphosphate content>latex powder content>coating ratio,and the best technological formula is ammonium polyphosphate mass fraction 9.65%,latex powder content 16.663 g and the coating ratio 0.026 g/cm^(2).
