煤机设备不锈钢表面处理与耐磨性能研究

摘  要:采用磷化和发黑处理的方法在煤机设备不锈钢表面制备了起减磨润滑作用的转化膜,研究了发黑处理时间对不锈钢表面转化膜形貌、物相组成和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:当发黑时间为20 min,30 min和40 min时,不锈钢表面可见清晰的晶界和尺寸不等的碳化物;当发黑时间为50 min和60 min时,晶界处厚度衬度明显增加。当发黑处理时间为20~60 min时,不锈钢表面物相主要由Fe,MnO_(2),FeO,(FeO)0.798(MnO)0.202和(FeO)0.664(MnO)0.338组成,只是不同发黑时间处理后物相的衍射峰强度存在差异。当发黑时间为20 min时,不锈钢表面的纳米硬度和弹性模量分别为8.54 GPa和285.8 GPa;随着发黑处理时间延长,不锈钢表面纳米硬度和弹性模量不断减小,在发黑处理时间为50 min时,摩擦因数最小、磨痕宽度约为353.0μm,具有相对较好的耐磨性能。The anti-wear and lubrication conversion film was prepared on the surface of stainless steel for coal machinery equipments by phosphating and blackening treatment.The effects of blackening treatment time on the morphology,phase composition and friction and wear properties of the conversion film on the surface of stainless steel were studied.The results show that when the blackening time is 20 min,30 min and 40 min,clear grain boundaries and carbides with different sizes can be seen on the surface of stainless steel;when the blackening time is 50 min and 60 min,the thickness contrast at the grain boundary increases significantly.When the blackening treatment time is 20 min to 60 min,the surface phase of stainless steel is mainly composed of Fe,MnO_(2),FeO,(FeO)0.798(MnO)0.202 and(FeO)0.664(MnO)0.338,but the diffraction peak intensity of the phase is different after different blackening treatment time.When the blackening time is 20 min,the nano hardness and elastic modulus of stainless steel surface are 8.54 GPa and 285.8 GPa respectively;with the extension of blackening treatment time,the nano hardness and elastic modulus of stainless steel surface continue to decrease.When the blackening treatment time is 50 min,the friction coefficient is the smallest and the wear scar width is about 353.0μm.It has relatively good wear resistance performance.
