摘　　要：采购国际通信传输中继一般有购置IRU或者短期租赁两种方式。在对比了购置IRU与短期租赁方式优缺点的基础上,分析了这两种采购方式适用的国际通信场景,比较了这两种方式在不同采购费用比、租金下降比等条件下的经济效益,并提出了国际通信传输中继采购方式的决策方法和流程。Purchasing international communication transmission relays can be done by purchasing an IRU or by short-term lease.On the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing IRU and short-term leasing,the international communication scenarios applicable to these two purchasing methods are analyzed,the economic benefits of these two methods under different conditions are compared,and the decision-making methods and processes of selecting transmission relay is proposed.
