摘 要:球化作为电站锅炉的过热器、主蒸汽管道等高温设备长期服役后常见的一种材料劣化损伤,会造成设备力学性能降低并引发开裂爆管等事故,对设备的安全运行、人员的生命安全以及企业生产都构成了严重的威胁。为此,研究人员们针对材料球化问题开展了一系列研究。从材料球化损伤的机理、球化等级的判定以及球化行为的预测等方面进行概述,归纳分析现有的球化损伤判定和预测方法,并根据材料球化损伤的研究现状提出进一步展望。Spheroidization is a common material deterioration damage of high-temperature equipment such as superheater and main steam pipe of power plant boiler after long-term service,which reduce mechanical properties of the equipment and lead to accidents such as cracking and tube explosion,posing a serious threat to the safe operation of the equipment,personnel’s life safety and enterprise production.Therefore,researchers have carried out a series of studies on the spheroidization of materials.The mechanism of material spheroidization damage,the determination of spheroidization grade and the prediction of spheroidization behavior were summarized.The existing methods of spheroidization damage determination and prediction were summarized and analyzed,and the further prospects were proposed according to the research status of material spheroidization damage.
