摘  要:采用粉末冶金制备金属陶瓷,改变了碳氮的含量比,对镍基高温合金(GH4169)进行高速干切削试验。从后刀面磨损量、刀具磨损情况和切削力等方面研究了金属陶瓷刀具加工GH4169镍基高温合金的切削性能。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量分散光谱(EDS)扫描分析,研究了不同碳氮比的金属陶瓷刀具切削镍基高温合金的磨损机理。结果表明,当金属陶瓷TiC∶TiN=7∶3(wt%)时,能表现出最好的基体力学性能,在切削参数V_(c)=100 m/min、a_(p)=0.5 mm、f=0.10 mm/r下切削性能相对最好。The high-speed dry cutting test of nickel-based superalloy(GH4169)was carried out with cermets designed by independent components of different carbon-to-nitrogen ratios.The cutting performance of cermets tools for processing GH4169 nickel-based superalloys was analyzed from the aspects of flank wear,flank wear and cutting force.Through scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)scanning analysis,the wear mechanism of cermets blades with different carbon-to-nitrogen ratios for cutting nickel-based super-alloys was studied.The results show that when TiC∶TiN=7∶3 is in cermets,the substrate performance and cutting performance in the case of V_(c)=100 m/min,a_(p)=0.5 mm and f=0.10 mm/r are best.
