摘 要:以TiC为增强颗粒,高铬铸铁为基体,采用消失模铸造技术制备了TiC_(p)/Fe试块及某渣浆泵后护板,研究了颗粒粒度对TiC_(p)/Fe试块及渣浆泵后护板的硬度、相对耐磨性、冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:当加入增强颗粒为1500目时,后护板硬度提升55.4%,相对耐磨性为基体的1.80倍,冲击韧性为基体的1.89倍,加入增强颗粒后其断裂方式由脆性断裂转变为块状断裂。研究结果可为消失模铸造TiC_(p)/Fe复合材料生产应用提供参考。Taking TiC as reinforcing particle and high chromium cast iron as matrix,the TiC_(p)/Fe test block and the back plate of a slurry pump were prepared by disappearing die casting technology,and the effects of particle size on hardness,relative wear resistance and impact toughness of TiC_(p)/Fe test block and back plate of slurry pump were studied.The results show that when the reinforcement particles are added to 1500 mesh,the hardness of the rear guard plate is increased by 55.4%,the relative wear resistance is 1.80 times of the matrix,and the impact toughness is 1.89 times of the matrix.The fracture mode of the reinforced particles changes from brittle fracture to massive fracture.The research results can provide reference for the production and application of TiC_(p)/Fe composites in lost foam casting.
