摘 要:通过对普通钢管进行自蔓延高温处理,制备了自蔓延高温内衬陶瓷钢管。采用防垢试验、腐蚀试验,对比研究了陶瓷内衬钢管和普通钢管的防垢和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,经自蔓延处理后,钢管的防垢性能比普通钢管的提高180%,在相同腐蚀条件下,普通钢管的质量损失率达到氧化铝陶瓷内衬复合钢管的100倍以上。The self-propagating high temperature lined ceramic tube was prepared by self-propagating high temperature treatment of ordinary steel tube.The anti-scale property and corrosion resistance of ceramic lined steel tube and ordinary steel tubes were compared and studied by anti-scale test and corrosion test.The results show that the anti-scale property of the tube after self-spreading treatment is 180%higher than that of ordinary steel tube.Under the same corrosion condition,the mass loss rate of ordinary steel tube is 100 times higher than that of composite tube with cermet lining.
