摘 要:利用机械振动与高频感应熔覆技术相结合的方法,制备高性能的镍基合金与碳化钨复合涂层。通过扫描电镜与能谱仪分析镍基合金熔覆层的组织与元素分布,研究了振动参数对熔覆层组织与元素分布的影响。结果表明:振幅为0.7 mm时,熔覆层顶部组织由树枝晶转变为胞状晶,晶粒细化效果较好,振幅对熔覆层元素分布的影响较小;振动频率对扩散层厚度与元素分布的影响较大,当振动频率从50 Hz变为100 Hz时,扩散层厚度由65μm增加到83μm,频率为100 Hz时,熔覆层顶部的Cr、W元素含量最多;当振动方向为平行振动时,熔覆层内组织分布不匀、枝晶较为粗大,起不到细化晶粒的效果,而垂直方向的机械振动效果较好。High performance nickel base alloy and tungsten carbide composite coating was prepared by mechanical vibration and high frequency induction cladding.The microstructure and elements distribution of the nickel-based cladding layer were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The effects of vibration parameters on the microstructure and element distribution of the alloy cladding layer were investigated.The experimental results show that when the amplitude is 0.7 mm,the top structure of the cladding layer changes from dendrites to cell crystals,the grain refinement effect is better,the amplitude has little effect on the elements distribution of the cladding layer;the influence of vibration frequency on the thickness and element distribution of the diffusion layer is larger,when the vibration frequency increases from 50 Hz to 100 Hz,the thickness of the diffusion layer increases from 65μm to 83μm.When the frequency is 100 Hz,the content of Cr and W at the top of the cladding layer is the maximum;when the vibration direction is horizontal vibration,the distribution of the structure in the cladding layer is uneven,the dendrites are coarse,and there is no refining effect of grains,and the effect of mechanical vibration in the vertical direction is better.
