摘　　要：文章以国家出版基金项目“智能交通系列丛书(第一辑)”为例,从选题策划、项目申报、实施管理等方面分析高校出版社在国家出版基金项目申报、管理工作中的成功经验,详细介绍针对重点项目精准策划、注重细节填报、强化流程管理的创新思路及方式方法,以期为同类出版单位项目建设提供有益借鉴。The article takes the National Publishing Fund Project "Intelligent Transportation Series(Volume 1)" as an example. The successful experiences of university presses in the application and management of National Publishing Fund Projects are analyzed from the aspects of topic design, project application, and implementation management, etc. Moreover, the innovative ideas and methods of precise planning, attention to details in reporting,and strengthening of process management for key projects are fully introduced. The discussion is expected to provide useful information for the project construction of publishing units.
