摘　　要：对比分析“学术不端”及相关概念,可以推动统一概念系统的科学话语体系建立。文章通过对“学术不端”“学术失范”“学术腐败”“学术越轨”“学术不当”“科研失信”等概念进行辨析,对规范其用法提出建议:“学术不端”相较“学术失范”的内涵边界更广,“学术不端”包含了“学术失范”的内涵边界;“学术腐败”与“学术不端”是内涵不同的两个概念,“学术腐败”的核心要素是对权力的滥用,普通科研人员因不具权力主体资格,故其违反学术准则、违背学术诚信的行为应归为“学术不端”;“学术越轨”与“学术不端”在内涵上基本一致,建议学界不再使用“学术越轨”概念;“学术不当”可以包括“学术不端”“学术失范”和“学术腐败”,但为了构建科学的话语体系,应慎用;“科研失信”比“学术不端”的边界更广泛,但“科研失信”概念的使用有一定的局限。In order to promote the establishment of a scientific discourse system with a unified concept system, the present paper compares and analyzes "academic misconduct" and its related concepts including "academic anomie", "academic corruption", "academic deviance", "academic improper conduct", and "scientific research dishonesty", and puts forward some suggestions to regulate their usage. "Academic misconduct" has a broader connotation boundary than "academic anomie", and includes the connotation boundary of "academic anomie". "Academic corruption" and "academic misconduct" are two concepts with different connotations, and the core element of "academic corruption" is the abuse of power. Since ordinary scientific researchers do not have the qualification of power subject, their behaviors violating academic standards and academic integrity should be classified as "academic misconduct". The connotations of "academic deviance" and "academic misconduct" are basically the same. It is suggested that the academic community no longer uses the concept of "academic deviance". "Academic improper conduct" can include "academic misconduct", "academic anomie" and "academic corruption", but in order to build a scientific discourse system, it should be used with caution. The boundary of "scientific research dishonesty" is wider than that of "academic misconduct", but the use of the concept of "scientific research dishonesty" has certain limitations.
