摘 要:钙敏感受体(CaSR)是C族G蛋白偶联受体家族成员,主要参与机体钙稳态调节,其与机体生理、病理及心血管系统、消化系统、神经系统等多种系统功能有关。目前研究发现CaSR参与多种疾病的发生发展过程。缺氧、缺血、炎症、高血压、高血脂、高血糖以及肿瘤等病理生理过程和疾病可改变组织中CaSR的水平,相反,组织中CaSR表达的改变也可引起全身的病理生理变化。黄芪甲苷、野百合碱等植物化学物可调节组织中CaSR水平,发挥治疗疾病促进康复的作用。本文介绍CaSR的组织细胞分布、结构和功能,阐述植物化学物对CaSR的影响,重点分析其在肿瘤、糖尿病、心脏疾病等疾病的发生和防治中的作用和机制,为开发基于CaSR的植物化学物提供理论依据。Calcium-sensing receptor(CaSR),a family C G protein-coupled receptor, is mainly involved in the regulation of calcium homeostasis and associated with the physiological and pathological functions, cardiovascular system, digestive system, and nervous system of the human body. The available studies have demonstrated that CaSR is involved in the occurrence and progression of multiple diseases. It is evidenced that hypoxia, ischemia, inflammation, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and cancer can disturb the level of CaSR,and the regulation of CaSR can also cause systemic pathophysiological changes. Phytochemicals such as astragaloside IV and monocrotaline can regulate the level of CaSR in tissues and play a role in treating diseases and promoting rehabilitation. This review summarized the distribution, structure, and function of CasR,and expounded the effects of phytochemicals on CaSR,with focus on the role and mechanism of CasR in the occurrence and prevention of diseases such as tumor, diabetes, and heart diseases. This comprehensive review may provide a theoretical basis for developing CaSR-targeted phytochemicals.
