摘 要:目的探讨新入职护士职业价值观对工作投入的影响。方法采用判断抽样法,选择3所综合性三级甲等医院的773名新入职护士为研究对象,采用《护士职业价值观量表》《Utrecht工作投入量表》对其职业价值观与工作投入进行调查。结果新入职护士职业价值观、工作投入的均分分别为(3.8±0.6)和(4.3±1.4)分。层次回归分析结果显示,在排除独生子女、已规培时间和对护理岗位态度等混杂因素影响后,职业价值观可正向预测新入职护士的工作投入(P<0.01)。结论新入职护士职业价值观可正向影响其工作投入;可通过树立良好的职业价值观以增强新入职护士的工作投入水平,提升临床护理工作效能。Objective To explore the influence of professional values on work engagement in new nurses.Methods A total of773 new nurses from Grade 3 Class A hospitals were selected as research subject using the method of judgment sampling.The professional values and work engagement were investigated with Nurses Professional Values Scale and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale.Results The average scores of occupational values and work engagement scores were(3.8±0.6)and(4.3±1.4),respectively.The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that occupational values could positively predict their work engagement(P<0.01),after excluding the influence of confounding factors such as only child,regulated training time and attitude towards nursing post.Conclusion The professional values of new nurses can positively affect their work engagement.By establishing good professional values,we can enhance the level of work engagement of new nurses and improve the efficiency of clinical nursing work.
