摘 要:提出了一种基于快照本征正交分解(POD)的降阶模型实现水泵水轮机瞬态流场快速计算的方法,获得可快速计算水泵水轮机瞬态流场参数的5阶POD模型.将特征线法(MOC)有压管道、水轮机控制系统等与降阶模型串联并求解抽蓄电站甩负荷工况的全流道水力特性.通过对全流道的传统数值模型、MOC-POD模型与实测数据对比获取误差值,可以得出:新模型获取进出口压力的均方根误差与最大相对误差均小于传统模型,且仿真时间减少约98%,证明新方法对甩负荷过程参数模拟具有准确性与高效性.A reduced-order model based on snapshot proper orthogonal decomposition(POD) was proposed and a 5th-order POD model was obtained for the rapid calculation of transient flow field parameters on the pump turbine in this study. The full-flow channel hydraulic characteristics of pumped storage power stations under load-rejection conditions were solved by connecting the method of characteristics(MOC) pressurised pipeline and turbine control system in series with the reduced-order model. By comparing the conventional numerical model, the MOC-POD model and the measured data of the full flow channel to obtain the error values, the following conclusions were obtained. The root mean square error and the maximum relative error of the inlet and outlet pressures obtained by the new model are smaller than those of the conventional model, and the simulation time is reduced by about 98%,which proves the accuracy and efficiency of the new method for the simulation of the load shedding process parameters.
