摘  要:目的探讨连云港地区20~79岁健康成人尿液视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)浓度的分布水平, 初步建立尿液RBP的参考区间。方法本研究为回顾性研究, 选取2021年1—6月于连云港市第二人民医院体检中心体检的2 140名健康成人, 男1 049名, 女1 091名, 年龄(48±15)岁, 年龄范围为20~79岁。根据性别将纳入者分为男性(20~79岁)组(n=1 049)与女性(20~79岁)组(n=1 091);根据年龄将纳入者分为男性(20~59岁)组(n=531)、男性(60~79岁)组(n=518)、女性(20~59岁)组(n=549)及女性(60~79岁)组(n=542)。根据统计结果, 确定分组或合并建立尿液RBP参考区间。检测纳入者尿素、肌酐、尿酸、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯, 并依据美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI) C28-A3推荐方法建立尿液RBP的参考区间。结果男性(20~79岁)组肌酐、尿酸均高于女性(20~79岁)组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康成人尿液RBP检测结果呈现偏态分布, 且健康成人尿液RBP的检测结果存在性别差异, 健康成年男性的尿液RBP浓度[0.33(0.28, 0.41)mg/L]显著高于健康成年女性[0.27(0.22, 0.32)mg/L], 差异有统计学意义(U=375 900.00, P<0.05)。不同年龄健康成年男性及健康成年女性尿液RBP浓度的分布水平比较, 差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。因此, 本研究依据性别分组建立尿液RBP的参考区间为男性<0.59 mg/L, 女性<0.45 mg/L。结论本研究基于胶乳增强免疫比浊法初步建立了连云港地区健康成人尿液RBP的参考区间, 进而为健康人群筛查、肾相关疾病的诊断、治疗效果监测等临床应用方面提供了较为重要的理论支撑。Objective To investigate the distribution level of urinary retinol binding protein(RBP)in healthy adults aged 20 to 79 years old in Lianyungang,and to establish the biological reference interval for urinary RBP.Methods This study was a retrospective study,a total of 2140 healthy adults,1049 males and 1091 females,aged(48±15)years old and ranging from 20 to 79 years old,were selected from the physical examination center of the Second People′s Hospital of Lianyungang from January to June 2021.The participants were divided into two groups according to gender,male(20 to 79 years old)group(n=1049)and female(20 to 79 years old)group(n=1091).The participants were divided into four groups according to age,Male(20 to 59 years old)group(n=531),male(60 to 79 years old)group(n=518),female(20 to 59 years old)group(n=549)and female(60 to 79 years old)group(n=542).According to the statistical results,grouping or combining to establish urine RBP reference interval.Urea,creatinine,uric acid,glucose,total cholesterol,and triglycerides were detected,and the reference interval of urine RBP was established according to the method recommended by the Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI)C28-A3.Results The creatinine and uric acid in male group(20 to 79 years old)were higher than that of female group(20 to 79 years old),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The urine RBP level in healthy adults showed skewed distribution,and there were gender differences.The urine RBP concentration in males[0.33(0.28,0.41)mg/L]was significantly higher than that of females[0.27(0.22,0.32)mg/L],the difference was statistically significant(U=375900.00,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of urinary RBP between males and females of different ages(P>0.05).Therefore,in this study the reference interval for urine RBP was established according to gender grouping as<0.59 mg/L for males and<0.45 mg/L for females.Conclusions In this study,based on the latex-enhanced immune turbidimetric method,the reference
