摘　　要：间质性膀胱炎是临床比较常见的一种疾病,该病的主要临床表现为膀胱或者盆腔、会阴区疼痛、尿急、尿频等,该病女性发病居多,患者膀胱充盈时候疼痛加剧,排空膀胱尿液后疼痛缓解。目前,间质性膀胱炎的临床病机尚不十分明确,认为与尿液的毒性、患者自身免疫反应以及感染情况、膀胱黏膜发生改变与肥大细胞被激活等因素具有较为密切的关系。临床诊断该病主要根据患者的临床症状,并通过辅助检查,排除其他类似疾病,确诊为间质性膀胱炎。该病一旦确诊就应积极采取有效方法进行治疗,以缓解患者的临床病情。关于间质性膀胱炎临床相关报道较多,本次就该病目前临床诊疗情况进行综述,探究其有效的诊断与治疗方法。本文主要分析间质性膀胱炎患者流行病学、临床症状、发病机制、临床诊断以及临床治疗等,该病临床治疗方法较多,主要包括饮食调节治疗、行为物理治疗、口服药物治疗、膀胱液压扩张治疗以及膀胱药物灌注治疗、经皮骸神经电刺激以及手术治疗等。Interstitial cystitis is a relatively common clinical disease.The main clinical manifestations of the disease are pain in the bladder or pelvis,perineal area,urgency,and frequent urination.The disease happens mostly in women.The pain worsens when the bladder is filled and relieves when the bladder is emptied.At present,the clinical pathogenesis of interstitial cystitis is not very clear,which is believed that it is closely related to the toxicity of urine,the autoimmune reaction and infection of patients,the changes of bladder mucosa and the activation of mast cells.The clinical diagnosis of the disease is mainly based on the clinical symptoms of the patient,and other similar diseases are excluded through auxiliary examinations,and the diagnosis of interstitial cystitis is made.Once the disease is diagnosed,effective methods should be actively taken to treat it to alleviate the clinical condition of the patient.There are many clinical reports about interstitial cystitis.This time,the current clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease is reviewed,and its effective diagnosis and treatment methods are explored.This article mainly analyzes the epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and clinical treatment of patients with interstitial cystitis.There are many clinical treatment methods for the disease,including diet adjustment therapy,behavioral physical therapy,oral drug therapy,bladder hydraulic expansion therapy,bladder drug perfusion therapy,transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,and surgery,etc.
