油气管道远程遥控快速堵漏抢险工程车技术研究

摘　　要：在对油气管道泄漏点进行堵漏作业时,为避免人员操作不当造成二次安全事故,导致人身伤害,现有管道泄漏抢修全部是停输后人员再靠近安装堵漏,没有自动化安装设备,无法实现管道不停输快速抢修。针对该问题,研制一台油气管道远程遥控不停输快速堵漏抢险工程车。该抢险工程车主要由底盘、车体、机械臂、堵漏装置、动力系统、控制系统和视频监控与人机交互系统构成,可以通过遥控方式完成管道堵漏作业。管道远程遥控堵漏试验测试结果表明,该堵漏抢险工程车可以在100m范围内通过遥控方式完成泄漏点定位、管道开挖和采用堵漏卡具完成堵漏作业,满足15°爬坡能力,可燃气体浓度检测和报警功能准确可靠。油气管道远程遥控不停输快速堵漏抢险工程车的研制成功可以实现油气管道小型泄漏点的不停输快速堵漏,降低了管道维修成本,提高了施工安全。When plugging the leak points of oil and gas pipelines,in order to avoid secondary safety accidents and personal injuries caused by improper operation of personnel,the repair of all existing pipelines is performed by people approaching to install and plug after shutdown,and without automatic installation equipment,it is impossible to realize rapid repair of pipelines without shutdown.In view of this problem,a remote-control non-stop fast plugging emergency engineering vehicle for oil and gas pipelines is developed.The emergency engineering vehicle is mainly composed of a chassis,a vehicle body,a mechanical arm,a plugging device,a power system,a control system and a video monitoring and humancomputer interaction system,which can complete the pipeline leak plugging operation by remote control.The test results of remote control pipeline leak plugging show that the plugging emergency engineering vehicle can complete the leak point location,pipeline excavation and plugging operation with a plugging clamp by remote control within100 m,meets the 150 climbing capacity,and has accurate and reliable functions of combustible gas concentration detection and alarm.The successful development of the remote control non-stop fast plugging emergency engineering vehicle for oil and gas pipelines can achieve non-stop fast plugging of small leak points in oil and gas pipelines,reduce pipeline maintenance costs and improve construction safety.
