附着点距离对塔式起重机附着杆内力的影响分析

摘  要:附着点距离是塔式起重机附着布置方案中一个重要的参数。以实际工程中塔式起重机常见的两点三杆系及两点四杆系附着布置形式为例,研究附着点距离对附着杆的内力影响。结果表明:1)两点三杆系中,附着点距离对各附着杆内力的影响很小,可不计考虑;2)两点四杆系中,受力最大的附着杆内力随附着点距离c_(1)、c_(2)的关系变化,可能变小,也可能变大,但c_(2)较大时附着杆内力是增大的;3)当附着点不在同一平面时,以max(c_(1),c_(2))作为附着距离比较合理。The attachment point distance is an important parameter in the attachment arrangement of the tower crane.Taking the common two-point three-rod system and two-point four-rod system attachment arrangement of tower cranes in practical engineering as an example,the influence of the attachment point distance on the internal force of the attachment rod is studied.The results show that:1)in the two-point three-rod system,the influence of the attachment point distance on the internal force of the attachment rod is very small and can be ignored;2)in the two-point fourrod system,the internal force of the attachment rod subject to the largest force changes with the attachment point distance c_(1) and c_(2),which may become smaller or larger,but when c_(2) is larger,the internal force of the attachment rod increases;3)when the attachment points are not in the same plane,taking max(c_(1),c_(2)) as the attachment distance is more reasonable.
