摘  要:装载机作为一种土方施工机械,主要用于铲装、搬运、卸载及平整散装物料,由于其具有作业速度快、操作简便等优势,已经成为了许多工程施工中的关键机械。装载机的作业效率将会对于整个工程的施工效率和施工成本产生直接影响。完成单次铲装作业循环的时间直接影响作业效率,基于平料工况的市场调研,开展工作装置性能适应性提升研究,通过动臂形状优化与铲斗改进,可实现装载机在卡车一侧一次性完成全部物料的平整作业任务,高效地完成铲装与平料作业,缩短单次循环作业时间,提高产品适应性,满足用户工况要求,提高产品的品牌价值。As a kind of earth-moving machinery,the loader is mainly used for shoveling,handling,dump and leveling bulk materials and has become a key machine in a lot of engineering construction because of its advantages such as fast operation and easy operation.The operational efficiency of the loader will have a direct impact on the construction efficiency and construction cost of the whole project.The time to complete a single shoveling operation cycle directly affects the operational efficiency.Based on the market research on leveling conditions,the research on improving the performance adaptability of the working device is carried out.Through optimizing the boom shape and improving the bucket,the loader can complete the task of leveling all materials at one time on one side of the truck,efficiently complete the shoveling and leveling operations,shorten the single cycle time,improve the product adaptability,meet the user’s working conditions,and improve the brand value of the product.
