摘  要:挖掘机工作装置的尺寸参数由最大挖掘高度、最大挖掘深度和最大挖掘半径等参数决定,工作装置在液压缸驱动下完成挖掘、开沟及装卸等工作。随着计算机辅助设计(CAE)进入机械设计制造领域,相比传统经验设计节约了大量人力物力。借用UG完成挖掘机工作装置建模,并对工作装置进行运动仿真分析,通过仿真分析结果验证挖掘机工作装置设计的合理性,为挖掘机工作装置设计优化提供参考。The dimensional parameters of an excavator working device are determined by parameters such as maximum digging height,maximum digging depth and maximum digging radius.The working device is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to perform digging,trenching,loading and unloading tasks.With the introduction of computer-aided engineering(CAE) into the field of machine design and manufacture,a lot of manpower and material resources have been saved compared to traditional empirical design.The modeling of the excavator working device is complete by using UG,the motion simulation analysis of the working device is carried out,and the simulation analysis results verify the rationality of the design of the excavator working device,which provides a reference for the optimization of the excavator working device design.
