摘  要:货箱是矿用电传动自卸车运输物料的直接承载体,在物料运输过程中,货箱上下分别承受来自物料和车轮传递的双重动载荷。横向止挡装置在矿车行进、转弯过程中能有效防止货箱侧向移动,并保护铰接支座因侧向移动而产生的严重磨损。以某型220t级矿用电传动自卸车货箱为例,分析横向止挡装置设计的必要性及止挡间隙的计算方法,为横向止挡装置的设计应用提供参考。The body is the direct carrier of the materials transported by the electrical drive mining dumper.During the transport of the materials,the top and bottom of the body are subjected to double dynamic loads from the materials and from the wheels respectively.The lateral stopping device can effectively prevent the body from moving sideways and protect the articulated support from serious wear and tear caused by lateral movement in the process of mining dumper traveling and turning.Taking the body of a 220-t electrical drive mining dumper as an example,the necessity of the lateral stopping device design and the calculation method of the stopping gap are analyzed,which provides a reference for the design and application of the lateral stopping device.
