摘  要:粉尘是隧道施工过程中的主要职业危害,严重影响隧道施工效率、施工环境及施工人员的身体健康。传统机载密闭湿式除尘方式的除尘效果不理想,特别是应用于大断面隧道时,还会产生大量需要排放的污水。在分析隧道除尘特点的基础上,提出适用于大断面隧道除尘的干式除尘系统,其除尘效率高,清洁无污染。根据隧道断面面积计算干式除尘系统的相关参数并进行产品结构设计,通过流场数值仿真及试验测试相结合的方式验证干式除尘系统的除尘性能。验证结果表明,所设计的干式除尘系统各项指标优于设计值,除尘效果理想,可作为大断面隧道除尘的解决方案。Dust is a major occupational hazard during tunnel construction,seriously affecting the efficiency of tunnel construction,the construction environment and the health of the workers.The traditional onboard closed wet dust collecting method is not effective,especially when applied to large section tunnels,and generates a large amount of wastewater to be discharged.Based on the analysis of dust collecting characteristics in the tunnel,a dry dust collecting system is proposed for large section tunnels,which is highly efficient,clean and pollution-free.The relevant parameters of the dry dust collecting system are calculated according to the tunnel sectional area,the product structure is designed,and the dust collecting performance of the dry dust collecting system is verified by combining numerical simulation of the flow field with tests.The verification results show that the indexes of the designed dry dust collecting system are better than the design values,the dust collecting effect is satisfactory,and it can be used as a solution for dust collecting in large section tunnels.
