摘　　要：介绍一种增速箱润滑系统的设计与研发,该润滑系统主要用于增速箱及其附件润滑。该润滑系统采用当前国内外先进、成熟的技术,采用国内知名品牌元件,保证润滑系统的经济性、安全性和可靠性。该润滑系统具有较高的智能化集成,润滑系统具有回油、过滤、降温、调速及报警等功能。该润滑系统由润滑油站和测控系统两部分组成,以PLC为核心,通过触摸屏操作,对整个系统进行数据读取以及操作控制。介绍该润滑系统的主要功能、组成、操作试验流程、系统特性及优点。The design and development of a lubrication system for the gearbox are introduced,and it is mainly used for lubrication of the gearbox and accessories.The lubrication system adopts the current advanced and mature technologies at home and abroad and uses components from domestic well-known brands to ensure the economy,safety and reliability.The lubrication system has a high level of intelligent integration and has the functions of oil return,filtration.cooling,speed regulation and alarm.It consists of a lubricating oil station and a measurement and control system,and with PLC as the core,through touch screen operation,the whole system can be read,operated and controlled.The main functions,structure,processes of operation and test,system characteristics and advantages of the lubrication system are introduced.
