摘　　要：史蒂芬·戴德利在《时时刻刻》(The Hours)中运用了丰富的叙事技巧。阿尔吉达斯·朱利安·格雷马斯作为结构主义叙事学的代表,提出三组对立的“行动元”、四层结构和“符号矩阵”理论。影片以三位女性为主体,与其相关者作为不同行动元出现,推动或抑制着她们的行为。其行动均经历了产生欲望、具备能力、实现目标、得到奖赏这一完整过程。同时,电影潜藏着“符号矩阵”模式,也蕴含着史蒂芬对现代女性生活的理解,通过该模式揭示出女性生存困境下的“姐妹情谊”和人在现代社会“向死而生”的双重主题。Stephen Daldry employed rich narrative techniques in The Hours.As a representative of structuralist narratology,Greimas put forward three opposing theories of"action element",four-layer structure and"symbol matrix".The film takes three women as the main body,and their related persons appear as different action elements,which promote or inhibit their behaviors.Their actions have gone through the whole process of generating desire,having the ability,achieving goals and getting rewards.In the meantime,the film hides the"symbol matrix"model,which also embodies Stephen’s understanding of modern women’s life.This model reveals the dual themes of"sisterhood"in the plight of women’s survival and"being-towards-death"in modern society.
