农村社区共同体构建中的文化治理与群众认同——以吉林省少数民族村屯为例

摘　　要：农村社区是中国政府各类工作推进的核心地带,是衔接政府与群众的社会共同体。群众认同是农村社区内生文化秩序重构的前提。新媒体技术嵌入乡村社会的治理方式,为少数民族村落创建了地方文化印记连接的纽带,在引导社区成员身份归属、共享“在地”文化经验、达成文化共识等方面,起到了有效助推作用。乡村振兴带头人等“新农人”群体,通过产业发展、致富增收、合作组织等主体实践,发挥着农村社区组织传播体系的“意见”领袖作用,引领乡村群众主动表达利益需求,迫使农村社区治理方式根据群众主体参与评价进行工作机制调适。农村社区组织传播体系构建,要基于群众的个体媒介接触、家庭代际支持、社群交流选择等新媒体使用“惯习”,逐步完善社会共同体成员的交流空间建设。As the core area for the promotion of all kinds of work of our government,rural community is the main social community to connect government and people,with mass identification being the premise to reconstruct the endogenous cultural order.The governance mode with new media technology embedded in rural society has created a bond of local cultural imprinting for ethnic minority villages,and played an effective role in guiding the identity of community members,sharing local cultural experience,and reaching cultural consensus.“New farmer” groups such as rural revitalization leaders has played the role of “opinion” leaders in the communication system of rural community organizations through industrial development,becoming rich,cooperative organizations and other main practices,leading rural people to actively express their interest needs,which in turn forces rural community to adjust the working mechanism according to the participation and evaluation of the masses.The construction of communication system of rural community organizations,should be based on the habitus of using new media,such as the masses’ s individual media contact,intergenerational family support,and the choices of community communication,and gradually improve the construction of communication space of community members.
