摘 要:以氨纶纱为芯纱,以聚吡咯复合镀银锦纶长丝为包缠纱,采用纺织包缠的方式制备单包/双包两种纱线状应变传感器,并对其表观形貌和电学性能进行表征,探究纱线传感器应变传感性能与包缠方式及氨纶芯纱预拉伸之间的关系问题。结果表明:聚吡咯涂层镀银包缠纱应变传感器具有良好的传感性能,电阻变化率可达17%;高伸缩性,其伸长率可达50%;双包缠纱电阻较单包缠电阻降低49.7%,但单包缠纱灵敏度更高;芯纱氨纶预牵伸可以调节单包缠模式下的柔性应变传感器的电阻,但对纱线传感器的灵敏度影响较小。Using spandex yarn as the core yarn and PPy/Ag nylon filaments as the wrapping yarns,the single-wrap and double-wrap yarn strain sensors are prepared by textile wrapping.The performance of electrical property is characterized,and the relationship among strain sensing,wrapping method and pre-stretching of the spandex core yarn are explored.The results show that:strain sensor made by PPy/Ag filaments wrapped yarn has good sensing performance,the rate of resistance change can be reached 16%;the high stretchability,its elongation can reach 50%;the double-wrapped yarn resistance is better than the single-wrapped yarn.The double-wrapped yarn resistance is reduced to 49.7%,but the sensitivity of the single-wrapped yarn is higher than double-wrapped yarn;pre-stretching of the core yarn spandex can adjust the resistance of the flexible strain sensor in the single-wrapping mode,but has a small effect on the sensitivity of the yarn sensor.
