摘 要:以异哌啶酸、硝酸镧、氨水为原料合成异哌啶酸镧,经傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)、元素分析、热分析(TG-DSC)等表征手段,确定其分子式为La(C_(6)H_(11)NO_(2))_(3)(NO_(3))_(3)·H_(2)O。将异哌啶酸镧与常用热稳定剂进行热稳定性能的比较。为了使异哌啶酸镧的热稳定性进一步提高,将异哌啶酸镧与硬脂酸锌、季戊四醇进行二元复配和三元复配。当异哌啶酸镧∶硬脂酸锌∶季戊四醇的复配质量比为2∶1∶2时,其热稳定时间为42min,并且抗变色性有较大提高。异哌啶酸镧可以吸收聚氯乙烯(PVC)降解产生的Cl^(-),与稀土离子结合生成LaCl_(3),从而抑制PVC的降解,达到热稳定的效果。Lanthanum isonipecotic acid is synthesized from isonipecotic acid,Lanthanum nitrate,hexahydrate and aqueous ammonia.The molecular formula is determined to be La(C_(6)H_(10)NO_(2))_(3)(NO_(3))_(3)·H_(2)O by Fourier infrared spectra analysis(FTIR),elemental analysis,and thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DSC).The heat stability of lanthanum isonipecotic acid is compared with that of common heat stabilizers.In order to further improve the heat stability of lanthanum isonipecotic acid,it was compounded with zinc stearate and pentaerythritol in binary and ternary combinations.When the ratio of lanthanum isonipecotic acid/zinc stearate/pentaerythritol is 2/1/2,the heat stability time is 42min,and the anti-tarnishing property has been greatly improved.Lanthanum isonipecotic acid can absorb Cl^(-)produced by poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC)degradation and combine with rare earth ions to form LaCl3,thus inhibiting the degradation of PVC and achieving the effect of heat stability.
