摘　　要：放射性皮炎为肿瘤患者放射治疗后常见的不良反应,严重影响患者的生命质量。中医药治疗具有其特色和优势,辨证论治是其核心思想,因此探讨放射性皮炎的中医理论基础对于提高中医药治疗放射性皮肤损伤的疗效起着重要指导作用。基于放射性皮炎的临床表现与燥邪致病相似,故从燥邪角度探讨放射性皮炎,以期为中医药治疗提供新的思路。Radiodermatitis,a common adverse reaction after radiotherapy for tumor patients,seriously affects the quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with the core idea of syndrome differentiation has unique advantages in the treatment of diseases.Therefore,exploring the TCM pathogenesis of radiodermatitis can help to improve the therapeutic effect of TCM treatment.Because the clinical manifestations of radiodermatitis are similar to those caused by dryness,this paper discusses radiodermatitis from the perspective of dryness to provide a new idea for the TCM treatment.
