中医药海外传播的现状及策略

摘　　要：人类是一个休戚与共的命运共同体,中医药是中华民族几千年来健康医疗智慧和实践成果的结晶,同时也是全人类的共同财富。为积极响应国家“一带一路”建设,推进中医药的海外传播,服务“一带一路”沿线国家广大人民的健康,现梳理了海外中医药的发展现状及存在问题,在此基础上,提出了中医药海外传播的策略,即“一个基石、两个关键点、四个途径、一个依托”。其中,“一个基石”是指中医药的疗效;“两个关键点”是指高端复合型人才、良好的政策及法规环境;“四个途径”是学术传播为主,政府引导、民间参与,联合科研攻关,“互联网+”;“一个依托”是充分依托我国在海外的中医药中心。Human beings are a community with a shared future.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is not only the crystallization of Chinese wisdom and practice in health care for thousands of years but also the common wealth of people all over the world.To actively respond to the Belt and Road Initiative,promote the overseas spread of TCM,and serve people from the countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative,we expounded the present situation and existing problems of TCM overseas.On this basis,we proposed the approaches of overseas dissemination of TCM,which included one cornerstone,two key points,four paths,and one support.Specifically,one cornerstone refers to the therapeutic effect of TCM;two key points refer to high-level compound talents and good political and legal environment;four paths are academic exchanges,combination of government guidance with public participation,research cooperation,and“Internet+;”one support means the support from China′s overseas TCM centers.
